Pembroxim

Pembroxim is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD 1)-blocking antibody. Pembroxim is a humanized monoclonal IgG4 kappa antibody with an approximate molecular weight of 149 kDa. Pembroxim is produced in recombinant Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. 

This product is found in injection form, under the generic name Pembrolizumab, to help patients fighting against the infection of certain types of cancer in the world. The medicine can be used in cancer immunotherapy that includes melanoma, head and neck cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma and stomach cancer. It is suggested for slow injection into vein of the patients.
